Garage Conversions and House Remodelling - Dunderhall Edinburgh
The Challenge
Here, we were required to undertake significant structural works, as well as draw on our all-trades access and knowledge.
Our expertise
This garage conversion project really benefited from the A1 range of skills and access to trades, helping the project achieve on time delivery, within budget.
Multiple structural works were necessary as part of converting the garage to a new room, as well as during stages of the house remodelling. Internal spaces needed to be reconfigured, including the relocation of various doors, and installation of various windows.
Once the walls had been plastered, we were able to move on to notable electrical and plumbing work, before fitting the Amtico flooring. The new kitchen installation used a modern kitchen from Wren. In the bedroom we built a bespoke MDF wardrobe.
The Result
With changes being made across the whole of the home, we minimised disruption and communicated well with the client. We delivered on all the requirements.
