When we repair stonework we will keep as much of the original as possible, carving replacement pieces to the original design specifications using limestone and sandstone sourced from the original quarries. We then bond the new pieces with the original using lime mortar as opposed to cement. That ensures the stone will last and its looks will complement the building.
